Have you ever worked hard to reach a goal, only to fall short? Or, conversely, have you ever sent out a thought to the universe that then soared to heights you never imagined?

There are many reasons why these things happen.

Inside each of us lies a powerful force connected to the universal field of consciousness that enables us to influence matter.

We often hide this force within our souls when we choose to live unhealthily—through excess weight, lack of exercise and discipline, toxic relationships, or trying to control others. All of these weaken our ability to manifest our goals.

However, through acts of kindness, we connect to the energy of grace, which intervenes on our behalf, leading to breakthroughs. Events then unfold so powerfully that they can change the future.

Several months ago, I met the founder of an organization for at-risk teens in Israel. At the same time, I was recovering from my second bout of cancer. Having always desired children, which cancer had prevented me from having, I immediately saw this as a gift from heaven and soon became involved. 

Five days ago, after losing a contest to second place—winning would have given me the ability to donate the prize of 40k to the nearly seven thousand at-risk teens—I placed my picture with a link to the organization's website in hopes of spreading awareness.
